I got the sweet sales pitch from Josh Phoenix: HD Estates has the finest photographers, the best equipment, the best editors, the best service, etc... The sample images looked great and I signed up. I used him for two shoots and the first went off well. The second one got shady and he completely ignored phone calls and emails for a few months without delivering anything to me. Finally, after hounding him for months, he gave me some lame excuse and threw a portion of the promised deliverable my way. I felt disrespected, taken advantage of, and completely disillusioned. He's a good salesman and may promise you the moon, but he doesn't have the deed to it. read more
