Then when my husband pointed these things out, your technician became argumentative and only left after exchanging harsh words. He was supposed to arrive at 4:00, then 7:00 which I told you I thought it would be too late because the sun set at 7:17. We had to do the waste removal day of the reception ourselves to have the results we thought your company would achieve. Please send me the invoice for last week and we will no longer be-using your company. Thank You" Imagine my surprise when I received an invoice today for two services in August and 5 in September. To make things worse I have a text where I was quoted a price of $19 a week if the service was provided once a week. This would have been 6 services for $114 if the service had been provided. Instead we were billed $175.00! Mind you, we only had service once! So I would expect to pay $25. This is an unprofessional organization. The urine got into the concrete slab foundation and even into the drywall and frame of the house. It reeked awfully.
