Their tagline was correct in our case. If you are in gloucester we will take care of your transport needs. There is one thing though they didint have online payment option which i would have liked a lot but i heard recently they did install payment gateway. Not sure yet but i think they have.

Mega reliable taxi firm, and (most of) the drivers are pleasant and friendly!…read more This taxi firm has been facing a bit of competition recently, but they are still number 1 in my mobile - they're so reliable, I wouldn't go anywhere else if I had a choice. I needed an early taxi for to catch a bus to the airport, and I booked it with 1st - they were at my house in plenty of time (I had booked for 3am!!) and the driver was interested in where I was going and why. When I have a night out in town, 1st always get my business to take me home. I know that they won't go the longest way just to make an extra quid! They're more interested in providing a good service and getting repeat business, which means that they try hard every time. Their cars are always clean too - which can't be said about some of their competitors!!!

Disappointing. Never ordering a taxi from here again. Rang up again to complain and then the woman on the phone tells me it hasn't been put in the system absolutely disgraceful. Now that time is going to be taken put of my wages because of this taxi rank. I'm going to tell every single person i know not to order from here.
