First of all, we purchased a house in Kaploei, Hawaii. This was an investment property with an exit strategy of fix and flip. For me, this was my first out of state flip but one of many for my partner Jason. I normally flip properties local to my area in SoCal. Flipping a house out of state was a little nerve racking to say the least with a lot of unknowns. With that said, having Hazel and Margie as our agent was a god send. These two ladies are miracle workers. Not having the owners (me) living on or near the property meant they would have to do every little thing that came up during the rehab. With my other properties I would be able to get in the car and go to the property to assess any issues that arise and fix it. In this case they were my boots on the ground. They had to manage and report the progress and issues with all our contractors/trades which was going above and beyond. They also recommended a few other contractors that were not only awesome but had good quality of work. Not knowing a contractors quality of work or if they'll run off with our money is always on our minds. Having these ladies give us great referrals put our minds to ease.
