In fact, the cashier seemed to take it personally that I requested a paper receipt and proceeded to dangle it mid-air as if she was afraid that our fingers might touch. What poor customer service here. The employees who were there today could use a lot more customer service & diversity training. I'm sure that J Crew would not want to be represented in this way.
