I fully expected to be told we needed braces for our son ASAP, however Dr. Huang had our business for life when he recommended waiting 12-18 months until a few more molars came in and we had a better sense of how our son's adult bite was developing. I appreciated his candor about waiting versus braces immediately and then likely having to do another round of orthodontics a few years later. He also provided a very balanced assessment of what type of braces to get, which I appreciated. The lady at the office checked and said YES but that I needed to front $500 and I would be refunded. i went in and saw the Dr. he also confirmed my insurance would cover it, and I should just get the top and bottom. I did it, got the retainers that 2 assistants could NOT put in my mouth and even thought they were the wrong ones, And the Dr jammed them in and said they are great, my teeth were the problem. Anyway they called 2 days later to say the insurance denied the claim. I told them they had lied to me and swindled me out of my money. The office lady said that there is NOTHING that could be done and I can call Delta insurance and get more details. Well I didn't take that, I spoke to the Doctor who ASSURED me that they would file the claim again and he was sorry I was lied to..... well it's been 10 days and crickets. No refund, no claim has even been filed, my money was just kept .... Super shady office lesson of the day: don't front any money!

My son had to come several times for retainer fitting because they couldn't get the mold just right (he was gagging and close to vomiting); and they also booked and confirm appts for me they later say were done in error. Couldn't they have informed me before I pulled my son from school, showed up, and sat in the waiting room? More unnecessary visits than I'd like!

Dr. Griggs office took away so much of the financial anxiety that I felt. The cost and contract was well explained and her future dental care was laid out. This office takes such good care of my daughter, who is 15. They explain things to her so that she doesn't feel overwhelmed having to care for her braces. They also completely worked with me even when I had gotten laid off, which was of course so unforeseen (I also had just had twins). The staff there is friendly and they actually care. Especially Robin! Robin is so good at her job because she has a BIG HEART. She is always so sweet when I call and never made me feel embarrassed about the payment plan that I needed to go on. Some folks can't wait to belittle you or talk rudely to you! Not Robin, she loves her clients! They also have excellent Covid-19 protocol and I feel comfortable with my daughter going into the establishment. If you are looking for an office, I highly recommend them. 5 stars all the way around. My wife told me Dr. Sood was so good. She did such an excellent job. My wife hardly had any pain afterwards. The times I have gone in for various treatments, Dr.Sood has treated me as if I was a close relative or friend. She is very sensitive to my needs and requests. I have been to many dentists in the past. But as long as she works there, she will be my dentist of choice.

They even said insurance only pays for cleaning service once a year, but they fooled my wife into coming to their office for a second one, for which, she had to pay out of pocket. This isnt the first time they " forced " my wife into paying for services she didnt really need. What a piece of crap. However, I have experienced significant problems with the office administration. Dr. Ming does not appear to be in the office full time, and the office seems to be run primarily by part-time staff. Recently, no one answered the phone for nearly two weeks, and I had to drive to the office in person just to schedule an appointment. I also had a frustrating experience with the billing and insurance process. The office submitted a request to my insurance company for a specific service, but the request was denied. When I asked the billing staff to submit the supporting documentation requested by the insurance company, I was told that the office does not perform that service. This left me confused as to why the request had been submitted in the first place. While I appreciate Dr. Ming's dental care, the lack of communication and administrative issues have made dealing with the office very difficult.

My teeth had always been straight- I wasn't aware they had shifted. They didn't look any different to me. But they were changing and I found out my bite was severely off, bu at least 60%+! Dr. Busquet is treating a close friend as well. We both love seeing him. He is very personable, gentle, and patient. You can tell he loves what he does. Luckily for me, he is also a specialist including TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint). I had been clenching my teeth for years and had a special retainer at night, but it wasn't helping and my gums had been receding for several years too. My dentists and hygienists told me it was due to something I wasn't doing to care for my teeth. But Dr. Busquet informed me there was nothing I could do to make the situation better because of the way my teeth were positioned! ( what?!) When he showed and explained the X-rays to me, I was in shock. Who knew?!! He said I was losing bone in my jaw as well- which could grow back if my teeth were repositioned. My dentists never mentioned anything like this. After due diligence researching braces, I realized a lot of dentists can provide Invisalign at what seems to be bargain prices. BUT, what they dont tell you is that the liners are only one part. It doesn't include everything you will need; once they provide everything, the price will be higher or they will leave some things out. Once I realized what the entire process required, I understood I needed an orthodontist, and preferably a specialist. My last two dentists never said anything to me about me needing braces and they are both top tier Invisalign providers! Wowzers. I am just finishing my treatment. Now I see the difference! :o) Once I started wearing braces, my jaw stopped clenching. My migraine headaches got so much better and my gums stopped receding. They have been so patient with me. I had to double my treatment time because I couldn't keep them in my mouth as long as I was supposed to. But, they never made me feel bad about it. The front office staff is wonderful. I couldn't ask for better, kinder or more professional staff. They are simply the best.
