The tech took care of the clog and cleaned up after him self, final cost very expensive even after the coupons. The Plumber showed up a couple hours later (while everyone was sleeping) and replaced the flange and 90° fitting in the crawl space (very noisy) and reinstalled the toilet, the price he quoted was shocking, it seemed strange that he was able to negotiate the price down to $575 which was still very expensive. Overall complaint would be cost and the plumber left a bit of a mess, he left the toilet bolts long and didn't reinstall the bolt covers.

When they arrived, they said it would only take few minutes. About 10 or 15 minutes later, they were done. When I inspected the stairway, it didn't look all that much different than before they started. Some, but not much. So I mentioned this to the employee and he responded "That's because the carpet is worn out." I knew it wasn't worn out, as it is good carpet, and not that old. Then I showed him an area I had cleaned myself with a retail product and pointed out how much cleaner that spot was. He then said, "Okay, I'll go over it again." A few minutes later he was done. When I looked at the stairs, it did look a bit better, so I paid him and he left. It wasn't until later that day that I realized he had only done half of the stairs the second time. Now I'm stuck with an unsatisfactory job, and will likely be calling another company to come back ad re-clean the carpet. What bothers me most about this job is how the employee could claim the carpet was worn out as an excuse for a poor job. Seems like a bad business practice to me.

Provided great estimate summary and documentation. He was patient with us having some starts and stops in making the decision over a six-month period. Then, when we were ready, he brought out the shingle samples to hold up to the house. We pulled the trigger, he put us on the schedule and bang it was done when he said it would be done. They took off old shingles in one day, then shingled it with architecture grade the next day. Then, gutters on day three and we were done. We have a TRANSFERABLE lifetime materials warrenty with 25 years on parts and labor. So guess what? We ain't worried about the roof. Two other companies either never responded or didn't show up for scheduled estimate and wasted my time. They did not complete the restoration work due to supposedly not having reliable drywallers at the time even though they did not notify us of this until after they had already torn out a lot of our drywall. It got so bad that we literally had to call the police on them for damaging our home while they were there. Worst experience that I have ever had dealing with a company in my life!!!
