Monarch Roofing

They were at our house within 24 hours and gave us what we feel was a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace our roof. The job was scheduled promptly and the work was 99% completed in one day with a crew of 8 who worked almost non-stop the entire day. They were obviously very experienced and we were impressed how they all worked cooperatively and efficiently. They cleaned up several times and even sent someone the following day to go around the house searching for nails or debris. Our roof looks great, we are completely satisfied and we highly recommend this company.

Melanie in the office was very helpful in scheduling and other details, always responding quickly. The project manager, Dru and his team showed up on time, did a great job of protecting the property with tarps, removed and replaced the roof (with some deck patching) all in one day. A location that needed special attention that I pointed out, was worked on as the light faded, but the crew kept at it until it was taken care of. They cleaned up well after they were done. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would recommend them if you need any work done on your roof.

Our experience with A-Team Services LLC was extremely disappointing…read more We first hired them for gutter work, but they left part of the job unfinished, claiming they could not access one section of the gutters. When they returned, they were suddenly able to access that same area without a problem. Despite that experience, we gave them a second chance and hired them to remove shutters and perform exterior trim work. The workmanship was unacceptable. They bent the window flashing, did a terrible job on the trim, left rotted sections in place and painted over them, and failed to properly finish the areas where the shutters had been attached. Nails and shutter pins were left sticking out of the siding instead of being removed and the holes properly caulked. They also left debris and nails scattered around the yard. After the second job was completed, we noticed that the gutters were continuing to clog. We asked the owner, Peter Onorfio, to inspect both the problems with the second job and the gutters. After looking at everything, he said he would take care of it. Several weeks passed, but no one showed up and nothing was corrected. When I finally followed up, his response was essentially, "Yeah, we did what we were supposed to do." He then claimed the gutters were clogging because birds were building nests--an explanation we find highly unlikely given the circumstances and the time of year. Most concerning, the company charged our credit card for the final job without our authorization, even though we had already expressed dissatisfaction with the work. The poor workmanship was bad enough, but the lack of cleanup, failure to correct the problems, unauthorized charge, and dismissive response made the experience even worse. Peter said he wanted to "be our guy," but we would never hire or recommend this company again. Based on our experience, A-Team is more like the "F-Team"
