The little guy working acts like he is on Meth or something. Never seems to have any money. He wants retail plus tax on the crappy tools, takes in on pawn. He tells you he opens at 9 am. and might be there by 930 - 10 am, if you're lucky. To me he's not a trustworthy guy, and will not get my business anymore!
