Illegedly established in 1880, this place has a rather confusing name. It's sign leads you to believe that what you see above is in fact it's name, but on closer inspection, it could also be Hayes & Whelks... That aside, this is one of the real treats of the market, if you are into your seafood. Effectively sharing a double corner stall with a salad bar, the setting allows for the owners to have a good old natter, making it a rather friendly environment. They sell all things seafood, including parts of lobster you probably never knew you could eat (I am somewhat of a novice when it comes to eating seafood).
