I could not email my shipping label to the shop. I asked the worker for help and she didn't have any useful ideas. I tried for 5+ minutes and got nowhere. When I asked her coworker, he was all stressed out about shipping another package and treated me rudely. He asked why are you asking me? Are you not happy with her help? Well, no and I told her that I'd see if you had any helpful ideas. He suggested that I go outside to send the email to get better cell coverage. I tried again outside and couldn't so left in frustration. What a sorry ass excuse for a business! I went to a real FedEx shipping center where I got much more pleasant service. Turned out, I had changed the password for my Google account and couldn't send or receive emails until I logged back in with new password.
