The flowers my friend received were not in the color palate she requested nor did the bare any resemblance to the inspiration pictures the bride had sent her. Leaves had holes from insects, flowers were brown, and mismatched. The bridal party ended up banning together to go purchase additional flowers and recreate the bouquets. The saddest part about the experience is how my dear friend was treated when voicing her concerns. She was gaslit and told she should have come to look at the flowers (when not given that option), and was told she signed off on the list of flowers so there was nothing that could have been done and she should have been more clear. I have seen this florist do amazing work, and this was not an example of her best performance. Be aware you might get a masterpiece or a disaster.
