I called yesterday right before close and they said they could fit between a couple jobs this morning. Dropped it off and a couple hours later got a call that one of the plugs was causing the problem, they indicated they could have all new plugs and wires in by 2. This guy told my husband that the transfer case was loose and a bracket was broken on it so he put a nut in it to "temporary fix" it. Keep in mind he fixed it before even calling to say what it was. So he claimed that the wrong transmission was in the car and that we needed to take it back to where we previously had it done a year ago! So we did and they checked it over and the transmission is fine. We don't know what this guy fixed to stop the noise but to scare us like that when we have had pervious transmission issues and to charge us $50 for whatever he did. We are not impressed and we will not be going back.

I was met by Matt at the counter, who I explained my situation to, and even though it didn't look good for my transmission or my pocketbook, they repaired a major tranny leak, refilled the line, and charged me at such a MINIMAL rate, I broke down in tears. They allowed me to use my own transmission fluid (to save money) and took me to the Service area, showing me the problem(s) and what they had done to fix them while my car was up on the lift. I have never felt so taken care of and so honestly served. For a mechanic shop, this is UNHEARD OF customer service. They have a customer for life in me. Wife decides to get a second opinion from Les Schwab. They tell her the tires are fine but that she does need an alignment. Cost: $178.00 for flat repair and alignment. Fair brokers at Les Schwab. But Scully's ... Trying to deceive and burn little old ladies is, in my humble view, I dunno, an act of blatant criminality. They will lie to your face to steal your money, it seems. Use them at your own peril.

During the negotiation process, the first thing I noticed was a "Accessory" charge for $1,500 for ceramic coating the interior/exterior and window tinting on the car I was buying, claiming it was already done. I've never encountered a dealership trying to make the customer pay for work done prior to the sale. After going back and forth and I was about to walk away, they begrudgingly removed the charge. Later, during financing, they tried selling me the same ceramic and window tint package that they had originally claimed was already done. After much back-and-forth, it became clear the work hadn't been done, and I began to feel like I was being misled. Before leaving, I asked the salesman, Kevin, if I misunderstood, and he confirmed that he was told the work was already completed. I tried addressing this issue with Kevin, who barely responded to my texts. After a week of no progress, I finally spoke with Alex, the general manager. He essentially accused me of wanting something for free, even though I explained that I agreed on the car's price because I was told the work had already been done and even came with a 5-year warranty. The owner, Yama(who I personally reached out to)was no better--he dismissed the situation by condescendingly explaining to me that when you buy something, you receive the product. Neither Alex nor the owner would acknowledge that I was lied to about the work that was done to the car. To this day I have not received an apology or even an acknowledgment of what happened. In the end, I paid $500 to have the ceramic coating and window tinting done. I waited over a month, and despite calling almost daily to schedule an appointment I was unsuccessful. I was even told to bring my car in and when I showed up nobody had any idea of me showing up. Finally, after talking to another salesman he was able to make the appointment. This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and provides horrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!
