Despite the fact that I usually do something kind of embarrassing when I visit SFCB (once I accidentally flung the drive-through plastic tube out my window... I don't know guys, this is just my life), the attendants are nearly always super sweet and accomodating. When I came here I didn't understand the process of writing a check to withdraw money from my account, and they walked me through that with lots of grace despite the fact that I was like, "HUH?!?!?!?!?" They're great. They also were insanely proactive during the Target data breach debaucle and called me to cancel my card just as a precaution, which I appreciated. Plus, there are no redonkulous "maintenance" fees - no fees at all, actually - and that was a big selling point for me after losing money time and time again to my old bank. I visited today with a list of like, forty items to take care of and my teller was amazingly patient and efficient, so that spurred me to give them a Yelp shout-out in review form. If you're a Springfieldian who's unsatisfied with your bank on any level, make the switch. You will NOT regret it with these guys.

It seems like the majority of the banks here in Springfield are local affairs who treat their customers more like they are doing them a favor than anything else. At Chase they are very friendly and ask what they can do for you and not the other way around. I've been banking with them for over fifteen years and was really distressed when I moved to Springfield to find they didn't have one, so this new location is a welcome addition to this city.

I never found out because noone t Simmons could tell me. It was Kyle's secret. From the get go he treated me like I was a criminal. Kyle Owens deactivated my account....left a message about a debit card sitting in my desk drawer that I hadn't used in months, and didn't return my phone calls for 7 more days! Then closed my account because I got angry, upset and emotional. Mainly because he bullied me. Kyle Owens is a mean person in the fraud dept of Simmons bank who intimidates the customer. If you don't like it - he closes the account. Worst experience I've ever had at a bank where I did nothing wrong. Are all banks run like this in Springfield?
