While the symptoms later improved, the experience itself was uncomfortable and concerning. When I contacted the office to discuss what happened and asked whether I could continue care with a different hygienist or speak directly with the dentist, I was rejected. Due to the lack of flexibility and the way my concerns were handled, I chose to continue my dental care at a different office. I'm sharing this review so other patients can make an informed decision, especially if communication and responsiveness to post-treatment concerns are important to them
