I came in wanting to get a gray suit for my sister's wedding and my experience throughout the whole process was absolutely phenomenal and unforgettable. The Owners Vasilis and Carrie, their son Alec, and Ahmad are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Each of them catered to my every question and need and helped me through the entire process. They helped me pick out the suit I wanted and the perfect dress shirt, tie, handkerchief, and socks. They also walked me through how I should tailor it (and their in-house tailor worked her magic). Throughout the entire process, they stressed that if I couldn't find what I liked at that store, they would check any of their other stores to see if they had what I was looking for. I literally couldn't ask for a better experience. In fact, it was so good that I went back the next day and got a black suit and everything else as well. Thank you to the Lazarou Family for owning and operating one of those rare businesses that you just can't wait to go back to. My little sister started crying because she was hungry, so I had to leave my shopping cart and take her to get something to eat. I informed security that I would be back because I still wanted to purchase all my items, especially since the checkout lines were very long. When I returned, I was surprised to find that all my items had been put back. That's when Faten stepped in and made a real difference. She patiently helped me search for all my items, finding each piece one by one. Throughout the entire process, she kept smiling and was genuinely happy to help. She never showed any frustration or made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Today, I went shopping again, and Faten was just as wonderful! She helped me with a smile on her face, was cheerful and welcoming, and greeted customers in such a warm and professional manner. Her positive attitude and genuine happiness while helping customers really stood out to me. Faten is the kind of employee every store should be proud to have. She doesn't just provide customer service; she makes customers feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope her management acknowledges what a wonderful employee she is. Thank you, Faten, for being so kind and for making every shopping experience a pleasant one. Employees like you make a lasting impression!
