She knew all about the conditions that I was concerned with and was able to offer several alternatives using natural herbs and supplements, to attain my goals. I sampled the sea moss gel, which was actually good tasting because they add real fruit. I invested in some essential oils, body, butters, and hair preparations made from top grade natural ingredients. Each product smells delicious! I am looking forward to excellent results. As Yvette said, it never hurts to reduce the toxic load of body products that comes from putting synthetics on our skin instead of natural, edible products. We parted with hugs and smiles. After all, our skin eats (absorbs)! I will visit again and I highly recommend, especially due to the warm, welcoming ambience that this shop has created. By the way, they are so honest that if they don't carry a particular supplement, they will send you to someone who does carry it. Awesome!

The Peligrino water that I like was nowhere in sight. They had generic Italian mineral water which isn't my thing. There is no deli here nor any deli sandwiches. The bakery choices are minimal. DC allows beer & wine. The soda selection was barely there. The household goods area had your basic choices (paper goods, cleaning items & a few interesting items). The parking garage is hot. I feel bad for the slow employee trying to help with tickets. Parking is free for 60 minutes. You can validate your ticket by the elevator. The best thing about this H Street location is having Ben's Chili Bowl nearby. I would have a companion pick up a to go order. The neighborhood still isn't great. I would not visit this location in the evening by myself. I didn't see security anywhere. The cashier said there was an "incident" about an hour before we arrived, which was early afternoon.
