I appreciate the speedy response as well as instructions on what to do. I'll admit, I found the process odd since I'm used to popping in recreational dispensaries on the west coast. However, it was easier than expected & worth iI'll definitely be using EZ gifting for my future needs. 4 months later- I see some negative reviews about things seeming sketchy... that's what happens when the Govt decides to continue upholding a law set in place by a racist hypocrite named Harvey J Anslinger from 1937! However, I've been using EZ Gifting for 4 months now. Regardless of a couple hiccups (life happens) these guys never disappoint. Text your order in advance (Id say at least an hour) even if you're picking up. I always pick up & have yet to leave disappointed.

Although I appreciate the original staff, I will say some of the new staff members do have the same energy and positive attitudes as the original. The one who helped me a few days ago was very apologetic and nice through the entire process. I don't know her name since she's new, but she restored the store's integrity for me. Although I will most likely come back for future businesses, I will 100% be looking inside who is working first. I'd like to keep a positive vibe when buying, so I'd prefer having great service from those I know have positive energy and mindset. Because who wants to go to a place with great quality, high prices, but low customer service. Right? However, I shouldn't let a few rotten apples ruin the entire group. Right? I look forward to continuing business with the girls from SLS.

I arrived at 6:15 PM -- 45 minutes before the stated closing time -- and the building is completely locked, lights off, and no one answering the phone. It's extremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing when black owned businesses operate this way. People plan their schedules around posted business hours. Some of us leave work early, sit in traffic, rearrange obligations -- all based on the basic expectation that a business will be open when it says it's open. To show up to a dark, locked building with zero explanation is frustrating and disrespectful of customers' time. If the hours have changed, update them. If the business closed early for a reason, communicate it. A simple sign on the door or an updated voicemail would have shown a *baseline* level of professionalism. Instead, there was nothing. Reliability is the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of it.
