On my drive home from the airport the pain was unbearable that I looked up for any massage place who can take walk ins ON A SuperBowl Sunday. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! I walked in broken and left feeling healed in that session I had! I will definitely get out of my way to come back here.

After the adjustment, I felt better, but not completely mobile again. I booked an appointment with Naree Massage in hopes they could help, but I was a little nervous for my first Thai massage. My concerns were assuaged promptly! The masseuse worked on me for about an hour and I got off the table with minimal issue. Gallons of water later, I felt better than I'd felt in quite a long time! I recommended Naree to a coworker, coincidentally dealing with horrendous back problems himself, and he agreed! They're fantastic!!! Two very happy and repeat customers! Your turn!!! :D

Redding Beware!…read more Yesterday 4/28 at approx 2:28 someone had this lady known as Barbie Upton soliciting flyers for her Midas Mobile Massage Business in our neighborhood. Harlan/Tourmaline area off of Quartz Hill. While she was out she so graciously found someone's husbands wallet that had fallen out of his pocket while he was reaching for his phone while walking up their walkway as he came home from work. Wallet fell onto their walkway and while she was headed up she picked up the wallet, placed it underneath the items she was carrying and still had the gall to leave her business information for her "services" on the door. This was all caught on camera. They reached out to her for an "appointment" several hours later she responded so eagerly that her flyers were working and that's when they asked her to kindly return the wallet that was so clearly visible in her hands and they knew what we needed to look for on the video camera surveillance. Needless to say they figured they weren't going to get a response nor see the wallet again but they figured maybe just maybe someone would do the right thing. Wishful thinking right. It's not hard to find information on her online. Police have been contacted. So community beware, she runs multiple "businesses" and will totally steal from you before she even makes it to your front door. What a peach!

I've struggled to find a good deep tissue massage in Redding, most are very expensive and not what I would consider "deep" justifying the extra cost. I found Kristen via Yelp and booked because of her good reviews. She is amazing! She not only went deep enough, but was able to easily identify problem areas to work on and make recommendations for how to get back into alignment. The first time I visited I was able to stick to back and shoulders, the next time I did a full body massage and felt better the next day. I will definitely be back!
