The staff were very helpful and when I said it might not be possible to save the frame, out of curiosity they put the bike straight on the shop stand to have a proper look at it. Minutes later I was walking out with a brand new bottom bracket installed. Very impressed. Reasonable prices. These guys love a challenge.

Not sure who I spoke to at Sprocket but he was very helpful and quoted me £28 for the same job. What a nice guy! I'll be taking 'Star Rider' (yes) down for a service very soon! I bought the bike for 900 and they said they would do the whole fix, which including two new wheels for under 100 pounds. I was very pleased with the price and checked my bike into the bike hospital for a night to be repaired. The repair was excellent and they called me earlier than anticipated to say they had completed the job. The service and workmanship I received on my repair was nothing short of excellent.
