For our newest home, we wanted a central a/c system over split units as central units not only look better on the inside and our cheaper to maintain, but also balances your entire home's comfort nicely, not just in certain rooms. After all was said and done, we have a beautifully quiet and energy efficient 5-ton Bosch system and WiFi thermostat. They also laid down plywood in the ceiling/attic to form a small storage area along with "paved" access to the air handler. We also had them install a range hood vent that exits out of the roof as we can't stand those worthless microwave/vent combos. And since we got rid of that useless appliance, we had them install a built-in microwave oven. OVERALL: More than just a/c installation & service. Professional, top notch workmanship, no hiccups. Highly recommended.

They told me they would order the part and return to reinstall it as soon as it came in. It took several weeks to come in but they did come back as soon as it did and installed the new part. They both had impeccable manners and were extremely efficient and finished the job in an hour. They came prepared w/ needed tools & swept up the old rusted dust from the former part and cleaned off the outside of the unit.
