Update: the next morning I realized I had polish all over my hands. The shellac apparently did not dry and there are moveable air bubbles all over. I now have to go back and waste more time and get this fixed. I've gotten my nails done for 10 years and this has been my worst experience. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. First of all, it took 1.5 hours for my acrylic fill to be completed, which is ridiculously long. Second of all, I was charged $46 for an acrylic fill. I'm assuming this was based on the "custom shaping and length" but seeing as my nails were already this shape...I feel like this is a bit scammy. I will continue going to my usual nail salon where I pay $11 less for a fill and spend about half the amount of time. read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in a really long time so I decided to treat myself today and stop in at this location. This location is pretty close to my house but usually I go to a different one since I usually have a regular person I see. I do have to say that they completely killed it and destroyed the reference picture. They did an amazing job and the whole thing was only $105 for this design which is pretty good compared to other places. The customer service was a 10 out of 10 the whole time for me. read more

I came in because of the five dollar coupon on yelp, but I won't be coming back because my nails were sloppy and the work I had done didn't match the description. I came in with an appointment for a manicure, and I still had to wait a half hour. Then he spent exactly 17 minutes on my manicure. No hot towel, cuticle oil, cuticle shaping like the description says. It looks like other people had been waiting a long time, too. I am going to have to go home and fix the rough edges of my nails and my cuticles plus the sloppy polish on my skin. My go to place. They use the nice clear nails for acrylics. Super durable you can get to 3 weeks at least without any nails coming off. Love Michelle she really takes her time. Compared to other places they have a big color selection. Got designs for the first time and she killed it. Had her give me a new set cuz the one I had was not good. My mom stumbled across this small business by accident a few months ago while using the laundramat next door. She's been a fan since and yesterday I was able to find out for myself why. The place is very clean, well lit, and cheerfully decorated in a Hawaiian motif. Prices were on par with other salons around town but they really provide superior service. I was impressed! Walk-ins are accepted but I would suggest making an appointment to cut down on the wait time. Michelle and Hannah were the only two ladies working while I was there but they did not rush through the service when it started getting busy. They really take the time to make sure they complete the task throughly so you don't feel rushed in and out. I received a punch card for $10 off a service after 10 visits. Didn't offer any sort of refreshments; okay, whatever, small place. Didn't talk to me at all, excluding what was absolutely necessary, also whatever. I can be quiet if my means my nails are done right. But $33 for a fill, plus $5 for cleaning-up a shape I already had, is a bit high. The lady overall did do a good job, and did take her time, but after leaving I noticed my pinky-nail is now filed pointed Outwards on one hand. My experience at this salon was not pleasant. The nail Tech was rude to me and did not crack a smile the entire time. She spoke to her other employee or on her phone most of the time and said very little to me. I'm 35 and have been getting my nails done for 2 decades, now! I recently moved to the area and decided to try a new place close to home. The girl that did my toes was WONDERFUL, careful, chatty, and brand new to nails- she tried very hard and nailed it! I was extremely impressed. She didn't do dip, so I got someone else for my nails. I know that a manual cuticle cut isn't common with dip but mine were bad so I asked for a quick touch up. The woman didn't speak English so her co worker said "$10". I said "$10 for a cuticle trim"? (Keep in mind it's already $46 for dip. Where most everywhere else average is $40). The co worker doesn't even look up from his customer, simply nods head - yes. I said "no thanks, for $10 I'll cut my own cuticles". They didn't like that answer. Almost $60 for dip- not in Omaha. She did a mediocre job, while talking about me the whole time. I don't understand the language but I'm great at reading body language and tone - the majority of the conversation was surrounded about my disappointment in $10 for a cuticle cut. Which is absurd!! We finish and I accidentally messed up my big toe on the way out of my chair. I asked for them to touch it up. They told me there was no damage. I said "no worries, we're fine". They heard the dissatisfaction and had a conversation amongst themselves. At which point my tech comes around with polish, puts probably 5 coats over it to "fix" the nick- it was horrible. I was in a position where I no longer cared about results and just wanted to leave, it was clear we were not going to reach a common ground. Now, saying all of that- I recognize we're living in a difficult world where costs are rising everywhere, but they're the only ones post pandemic that charge almost $60 for dip + cuticle care! I did my due diligence and called others, no one charges that kind of price! I have now found a wonderful competitor that spends the extra 3 mins it takes to touch up my cuticles for a total of $40 and values my business. Please, if you're choosing a salon think twice before choosing this one. There's lots of better ones out there! read more

My daughter got a full set of acrylics today- older lady did her nails, didnt understand what she wanted, so then was irritated and rough when she finally understood she was not doing what was requested. This place used to be really good and had employees who spoke English and were nice. The lady was speaking in her native language to co worker- obviously about my daughter. Got the best deluxe pedicure. My toes look great and feel like I had an entire body massage. If your on a time crunch let them know or they may just massage your legs all day. They are getting new spa chairs soon as well. the place is kind of hidden and was not busy at all. Don't let that make you feel like it's not great. You'll be happy! read more
