Busy. Chaotic. Space challenged. You decide…read more Though there is a small window of time between when some classes end and the next set of classes begin, there aren't nearly enough seats for the number of parents, particularly pre-K, and occasional extra guests from one hour to the next. Add in strollers and/or car seats and you lose even more space. I recall seeing emails about renovations underway, and the now larger desk/counter space further eats into the already limited space. Nice floors though ::shrug:: One of the emergency exits is usually blocked by the older kids backpacks. God forbid there is an emergency and all exits need to be used. I thought for sure the renovations would have included storage such as rows of heavy duty hooks to keep those bags and coats off the floor. Negative. From one week to the next, the kids are supposed to do different activities but on more than one occasion have I questioned what I'm paying for. Bounce on the trampoline. Jump into the foam pit. Climb the rope. Attempt a headstand. Tuck and roll. Follow a flip/walk/crawl sequence. Making good use of and/or further developing gross motor skills.Awesome! Some coaches do a great job of taking control of their group and keeping them engaged. Others look like they are having a difficult time coming up with activities to fill the time slot. And with smaller children, you have to keep it interesting, and sometimes the coaches don't recognize when they need to pivot. If you have a young person who is interested in competitive gymnastics, I'm sure this is the go-to place. I give it two stars because my children are occupied for ~45 minutes, enjoy their coaches, and the post-class snack selection includes more than candy and chips. Mmmm pickles!

My 8 year old nephew and brother in law smashed their faces at the bottom, both ending up with bloody noses. 2. Due to the curvature of the slide my neck whipped and I heard it crack midway down. I became numb in my face and extremities temporarily but obviously that's scary. I also smashed my face on the bottom. My nose remained leak free. Luckily no paralysis, just extreme connective tissue soreness all over. 3. My partner's son smashed his face at the bottom. You are required to go down on your tummy but I wonder if going on your back would be safer. But I didn't engineer these so it's just a conjecture. I wonder if any engineer designed these but I digress. that's against the rules and I wouldn't test it anyway. In general the place is very unmonitored. Some times you can't see when the person in front of you is off the slide. My partner's son collided with a girl. Maybe we all didn't have good slide technique, but that's pretty unlikely that we all sucked at slides. We followed all the rules. I don't think blood stained shirts and extreme soreness should happen after such an experience. At a water park there is a worker telling when it's safe to go down but nothing like that at this place. In general everyone had fun so I'm not sure how to rate it. I guess be careful lol

Nice clean space for the little ones to be free and have some good clean fun. She ordered cheese pizza but wanted to continue jumping. She claimed to be thirsty but continued to jump and play. Her only break was for the bathroom then it was back to jumping. My grand baby had such s good time that she was sad to go. Of course, being the AWESOME grandma that I am, I promised to bring her back. Lol. I asked her if she was tired or sleepy, she told me no. Wasn't in the car for five minutes and she was knocked out.

Like many others have reported, I was repeatedly overcharged despite canceling my membership. They continued to bill me unauthorized charges totaling $100 over two months. I made multiple attempts to contact them--calling several times only to be met with a full voicemail box, and sending emails that were completely ignored. There was zero effort to acknowledge or rectify the situation. At this point, this is not just an oversight--it feels like outright theft. The complete lack of response from their management makes it clear that this is either negligence or intentional. Businesses that operate this way should not be allowed to continue taking advantage of customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them. There are plenty of reputable alternatives in the area that actually respect their customers. I am disputing the charges with my bank and keeping an eye on other reports of similar issues. If this pattern continues, legal action, including a potential class-action lawsuit, may be necessary. Consumers deserve better than this. Edit - Response to their response 02/26/25 Your response is a generic, copy-paste reply that does not acknowledge the specific issues raised. The fact that multiple customers have reported the same billing problems, and yet your only resolution is to push us through another delayed email process, speaks volumes about your business practices. I've already attempted to resolve this through calls and emails that were ignored. Furthermore, the image of the "Business Owner" on your profile appears misleading, as research suggests a different individual actually owns this location. Really you are race swapping identities? You all are hardcore. If a company cannot even be transparent about its leadership, uses race swapping tactics, how can customers trust it to handle their money fairly? Is my research wrong here? See attached screen shot from 02/25/25. Based on your response I more strongly then ever advise against doing business with them.
