Ive been upset cause I couldnt find lodging with a decent gym and I refuse to gain any weight while on the road. I was able to use all of the machines that I wanted. There was a guy (I think he is the owner) that walked over to me doing my calf raises. He informed me of the three new machines they just got. They even showed me how to use them. They have a ton of equipment and towels with sanitizer spray. They also have a smoothie bar next door but can be accessed from outside and inside of the gym. I got a vegan protein shake and an acai bowl for my breakfast the next day. Definitely recommend this gym. Nobody made me feel out of place or ashamed to be there or ask for help.

Snap Fitness has proved to be a life changing discovery for me; my chiropractor referred me to…read moreMelanie as a talented trainer to help me continue to rehab from a few surgeries and to gain strength. David and Melanie are the owners and trainers who are very sincere about maintaining a clean environment for whatever your fitness goals that each individual chooses to achieve. Both Melanie and David have a great talent for advising patrons and personal training; each of them carry multiple certifications in their field. Melanie has a Master's degree in biology. Over a year ago, I dropped by the gym to meet Melanie, and little did I know that my life would progressively and completely change over the next year of training with Melanie; the results have far exceeded the level that I had ever dared to dream. She is prepared, punctual, uplifting, consistent, relentless, genuinely concerned, caring, and determined that her clients will enjoy major improvements in their individual health and fitness needs/goals. My quality of life is vastly improved over the limitations that I was experiencing a year ago before I discovered Snap. Having had two knee replacements, two lumbar fusions and a myriad of other surgeries and procedures, my hopes for any level of success were very low. I have been very pleasantly proved wrong during my association here. Melanie and David are each certified in a detailed technique of muscle manipulation called M.A.T. Snap is a very clean, well equipped, friendly, Christian environment for those of us who seek their high level of professional expertise and assistance. With help in discovering more about myself, I am encouraged to look forward to the hope for more achievement under Melanie's supervision. I believe "the best is yet to come"!

Skate floor needs a good cleaning (remove the gum) and waxing. Clientele needs to stay off the skate floor without skates. After attaining our weight goals and being in our 50's we decided to start another venture of getting back in shape. We didn't want to join a gym and lift weights or walk on a treadmill and to be honest we thought we needed someone to help keep us motivated. Then our friend Derek announces he is going to start doing Kickboxing Fitness in October of 2023. We discussed it with him and signed up! Let me tell you, it has been the best thing we could have ever done! Not only is it a hell of a work out, you learn how to punch/ kick to correct way, learn some self defense to help protect yourself, and you can release stress by beating the hell out of bag! After a month, we can tell a difference in our bodies and mind! Derek is the absolute best trainer you could ask for! He is always motivated to help you attain your goals, he makes it fun to sweat and hurt, and most importantly he is great guy! Cannot recommend Derek @ Small Town Fitness U enough!

She explained to me that they had a walking tour as well as a drive through. They even give you buckets of food so you can feed the animals, apparently they come right up to you. Maybe next time I'll take the drive through tour, if things go wrong I know I can't outrun an animal but I can certainly out drive one.
