Showing her attitude when I asked is there any problem because she was talking rudely she replied Iam just too busy. Unprofessional, customer service 0. Really you are Working in a hospitality industry showing your customer you don't care. On top of that she gave us room which wasn't prepared. It was pathetic. Atleast she should know which room is ready before giving to her guests. I entered Room it wasn't ready. Duvet was sticky stinky Yukk! I asked housekeeping as she was working nearby if she can change as it was stinky , she changed it but the Indian guy who was working with her, he was just giggling. Unpleasant! Unprofessional! We got room on 3rd floor they charge $160 per night they accept card only on first day but rest other days it has to be on cash$160 per night. check out time is SHARP 11am and they are very professional on this. Overall my experience was bad and I wouldn't recommend this motel at all to any of my friends and family. I wish I could leave 0 stars but the only person who was professional was the housekeeping lady. Thank god they have someone who knows what her work is. This place is nice located but the front desk not welcoming atall. I travel a lot but never saw any unpleasant unprofessional front desk employees like them.

No bar in the hotel but there is one in the Holiday Inn Express next door. The issue we had with this hotel was the price gouging - Over $300 dollars without taxes for a room that shouldn't have been not much over $100 dollars. It seems this hotel, and the few others in the area all do the same thing, prey on travelers whose flights are canceled or delayed. Also, the neighborhood is not at all what I would consider safe at night especially.

But in a good way kinda ? Reason I say this is simply because it is a small lobby area totally cluttered with statues every where !! On the floor , to the side on tables ? It's like someone just couldn't make up their mind about what the heck they wanted to add to the lobby so they just threw a bunch of random stuff together. Now the fish tank around the check in desk is cool to look at but way way too much the fish are huge which makes the tank look like it doesn't belong. The lobby alone is just overkill. Moving on , we got into the room & it was nice everything was good , nice & clean comfy room. Once u get settled u wanna relax for a bit maybe watch a little TV ? Nope not here no clue what was going on with the TV barely any channels showed & most were static ughh kinda a pain. Tried to get some ice no can do on your own, u need to ask in the front & they will bring it to u. I don't want to sound like I am putting the place down , in the end I settled for the 3 stars because it was reasonably price, convenient & very clean it served it's purpose.

Once my disabled Vet brother arrived at the hotel, they explained they could not accommodate him because he is paralyzed on his right side (arm & leg). Check-In When he sought to checkout, we contacted Expedia and they advised us to cancel on the property and online with Expedia. When we tried to tell the night clerk this procedure, she talked for 3-hours and never listened. Federal Law "Under the ADA, all hotels built after January 26, 1993, must be accessible and usable by individuals with disabilities. If it was altered after January 26, 1992, it must be accessible to the maximum extent feasible. If a hotel was built before those dates, architectural barriers must be removed when readily achievable." "All hotels, motels, inns and other places of lodging must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)." ADA Compliance By the time we found ADA accessible accommodations, she started screaming at us October 5, 2024 @ 10:03 p.m. She was unaware of her hotel's policies and procedures. When I tried to read them to her from their website, she began screaming and hung up the phone. She said she didn't want me reading any policies to her. I called back and asked her if you wanted me to text her a picture of the policies on her hotel's website and she hung up the phone. We requested an invoice noting that he had checked out due to a lack of ADA accommodations. She stated, "Our hotel does not accommodate the handicapped." I stated, "What, your hotel is out of compliance with the Federal ADA mandate?" Website It is clearly stating on their website that they are handicap accessible--see photo. If they list this on their website, it should be on the property. As it turns out, there were 5-6 boys, ranging from 13-14 yrs old, smoking marijuana right outside of the front door of the hotel. The automatic front door kept opening, letting all that smoke into the lobby. The boys came into the hotel lobby and were hanging out in the lobby lounge. They proceeded to get cups of water from the hotel water cooler, and kept pouring cups of water over their heads; making a complete wet mess in the lobby, all over the tables, chairs and floor. Yup, they were flying high as a kite and were harassing everyone in the lobby! I actually questioned the employee (manager??) at the front desk about why this is being allowed in their hotel lobby, and he said he felt bad to kick them out because it was raining outside. He even provided tissues to these kids to dry themselves off. What?!?! (He was serious!). They were not guests of the hotel. (Where are their parents?!?! How did they even get the marijuana?!?! Isn't this illegal for 13/14 yr olds??). The employee/mgr actually asked me if he should kick them out...Really?! If this were my hotel, they would have been kicked out a long time ago. Why is the employee/Mgr(?) asking my advice; a random person in the lobby? He actually laughed when I said Yes! Best Western, Do Better!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

Once I got off the bus, it was a short walk, roughly 10 minutes, with the help of Apple Maps to get to Hyatt. Lots of places were still open late at night, and plenty of people were out and about. I felt like I was in the bustling streets of Asia, where it's safe to walk late at night. Stayed in room 625, it was a very spacious room with multiple windows and great views overlooking Flushing, with a giant sofa, comfy bed, and large brightly-lit bathroom. The shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Front desk gave me a couple of sewing kits, which I really appreciate. They told me breakfast was complimentary, and when I went the following morning for breakfast, the hostess said it's an $11 charge. I told her I was told it was complimentary, and after she consulted with the front desk, she said it was fine, so I had breakfast. There's a decent selection, including congee, miso soup, steel cut oatmeal. Gym on the 3rd floor is incredibly tiny. A rack of dumbbells, one treadmill, one bench, and one weight machine. It was fine for a quick workout. No bathrobe nor slippers provided. They held onto my luggage the next morning for a couple of hours while I was out and about in Flushing. I lost my luggage tag, but thankfully I was able to get my luggage back easily.
