Omg! Horrible experience, Receptionist on her late 20's-30's was soooo rude. She will drown this motel out of business soon. She should know where and what industry she is working on. Showing her attitude when I asked is there any problem because she was talking rudely she replied Iam just too busy. Unprofessional, customer service 0. Really you are Working in a hospitality industry showing your customer you don't care. On top of that she gave us room which wasn't prepared. It was pathetic. Atleast she should know which room is ready before giving to her guests. I entered Room it wasn't ready. Duvet was sticky stinky Yukk! I asked housekeeping as she was working nearby if she can change as it was stinky , she changed it but the Indian guy who was working with her, he was just giggling. Unpleasant! Unprofessional! We got room on 3rd floor they charge $160 per night they accept card only on first day but rest other days it has to be on cash$160 per night. check out time is SHARP 11am and they are very professional on this. Overall my experience was bad and I wouldn't recommend this motel at all to any of my friends and family. I wish I could leave 0 stars but the only person who was professional was the housekeeping lady. Thank god they have someone who knows what her work is. Convenient location close to Laguardia. Our flight was delayed and there was limited hotel availability. The room was clean and quiet. No bar in the hotel but there is one in the Holiday Inn Express next door. The issue we had with this hotel was the price gouging - Over $300 dollars without taxes for a room that shouldn't have been not much over $100 dollars. It seems this hotel, and the few others in the area all do the same thing, prey on travelers whose flights are canceled or delayed. Also, the neighborhood is not at all what I would consider safe at night especially. read more

Stayed for a week or so during peak covid time in 2020. Only Giving them 3 starts only because they took the time to clean the facility well at that time. Cheap rates for a basic room. A lot of noise throughout the nights. Pretty sure the room next door was occupied by a hooker who got beat up on a nightly basis. Definitely not the best, but probably not the worst. Only thing that bothered me was I paid $50 to extend my checkout then literally turned around at the elevator and decided to come back and stay one more day and they wouldn't just put that $50 towards the nightly price. They made me pay the entire day on top of the $50 I already paid to stay a couple more hours. read more

One of the worst customer service ever. I stayed in many hotels but never had the worst customer service like a crown motor inn(74-01 Queens blvd, NY). Today( 09/23/22), I entered a hotel with Two UN guests. The young customer service girl attitude was so ugly. In the beginning, we did not understand why she talking loudly and ugly. But later understand this is regular customer service here. Even I said I would complain, but she replied I do not care. The rooms and bathrooms are small. Toilet broken and the tv service doesn't work. On top of that the receptionist doesn't accommodate individuals who stay over night every week. Giving people rooms which the stink doesn't work. Poor management and no accommodation from staff. The Indian lady in the front is rude and unprofessional. Everything used to be good and never had a complain untill a recent employee started working there and mind you your time starts the moment you pay so.. - twice I got keycards that didn't work ( take up time) - once I got sent into a room was still dirty (10mins wasted) - once I got called saying my time was up from which I clearly had a hour left but I had places to be so i left - another time I got called saying my time was up again to which i still had a hour left, I went to the lobby and showed them my receipt(payed with card) and they said sorry wrong room( more time wasted) - my most recent experience , I was sleeping when I heard a knock on the door some dude saying times up and you have to pay $20 because you past the time and I said " alright we leaving " and started to get ready, not even a minute passes and he knocks again and says" you gotta go" and im like i know im getting ready, and then he knocks again and says '"lets go" and im like "okay wait im getting ready" Like cmon dude, I heard you the first time. A nice seedy place if you need it but kind of expensive. It cost $55 for 4 hours and there were mirrors on the roof, bed board and side wall. Now I have to wonder why the mirrors all over and only a 4 hour stay? It does paint a picture. I wonder what the night life nearby is like? Or where nearby to find action, so as to take a woman there for a few hours? I also wonder are the rooms bugged with cameras? It would not surprise me. I only went here cause I needed a good shower as my home all the pipes were broken and the bathroom needed a full reconstruction. it was very nice and clean compare to other hourly motels i have been too ....they have free coffee and tea in the lobby ...it has a parking lot thats very convenient and there's a bus stop right when you exit the motel which is the Q60 that takes you to queens boro plaza....the room is spacious & its very impressive ....The lobby attendant is very nice...the hours are mon - thurs 4hrs =$45.00.... n more i just don't know it .... read more

These people are racist. And it shows, badly. If I could've given this place -5 stars, I would've. My boyfriend and I, both young black people in our 20's frequent this motel. We are ALWAYS polite, ALWAYS keep the room clean, ALWAYS make sure we aren't noisy or disruptive, ALWAYS return the key, and ALWAYS check out on time. So imagine our surprise when a few weeks ago, they told us that they wouldn't rent us a room because my boyfriend was on the "do not book" list! We spoke to a manager, and after a lot of unnecessary, unprofessional back and forth, they finally admitted to us that they were confusing my boyfriend with another black male. REALLY? How can you not tell the difference between two completely different people?? Because they're both black?? Are you that blinded by your prejudice?? That was the first strike. We managed to overlook this incident, and continued to come here. Then, on our most recent visit, they AGAIN told us that they could not rent us a room because my boyfriend was on the "do not book" list, and that there was no manager we could speak to. So, I was left to assume that either they were, again, mistaking my boyfriend for another random black man, or they were just sick of black people coming to their motel. Both reasons are racist as hell and super unprofessional. I was appalled. We have treated this motel with nothing but respect, and this was the treatment we were given in return. Not once, but twice. Crown, before you put people on your little list, maybe actually make sure you've got the right person? Maybe actually LOOK at them? Maybe actually try to be professional and leave your racism out of it? Or at LEAST attempt to not make it so glaringly obvious that you don't like black people. read more

Worst experience ever.... Nasty customer service.. Should be shut down... Checked in.. Took a nap to wake up to my pillow vibrating... Turns out there was a vibrating sex toy in the pillowcase!!!!! Not under the sheet or under the pillow cuz I checked that before I laid down. Go to the front desk to speak to manager & the guy at the desk looked at me like I was crazy because I wanted the linens changed & some of my money back... He told me these things happen... WTF!!!
