I don't understand the low ratings. I've been to cigar shops around the country, in cities big and small, and this place rates up there with the best. The service is terrific. The selection great. prices very reasonable. And the smoking lounge in the back is excellent. My first time in, the owner was there and he showed me around, showed me some new stock, explained how the members smoking lounge worked. The last time I was in, a younger guy was working. I believe his name was Tegab(sp?). His knowledge was impressive. He helped me put together a sampler pack for a buddy of mine that is just starting to smoke cigars. Moving here recently I went to the Havana House and really enjoyed their coffee. It's an awesome place to shop for Cigars also.

Abysmal service. I've been buying Youngstown Coffee Co. coffee from here for years. Won't be going back. Coffee is still fine... but the guy behind the counter could not have been more annoyed that I wanted to purchase something. Talked to me like I was stupid. I'll be recommending Branch Street moving forward - typically a little more expensive, but their customer service is always top notch. read more

Awesome spot to grab cigarettes, cigars, wine, beer or coffee. No snacks though. Smoking indoors is an option, so be prepared to light up or to soak up the smell. They leave the door open so that it doesn't get too smoky. Tons of seating to relax as you puff puff pass. There's a huge selection of delicious beers and wines. That said, I don't believe that drinking is allowed on the premises. They serve coffee, lattes, etc. You can also buy coffee beans by the pound. Try flavors like Schmoreeezzz, Cinnabon and more. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They brewed a new pot of coffee for us at 9pm and chatted with us as we loitered around. Great place to people watch and eavesdrop. read more

Fairly extensive selection of cigars and cigar accessories at decent prices. They carry most major brands, as well as newer boutique brands. The atmosphere in the smoking lounge is decent. Good selection of craft beer and wines (although you can't drink on the premises). Haven't tried the coffee yet, but look forward to doing so. It appears to be an espresso bar with everything from lattes to cuban coffee and standard brewed joe. Only negative is that they allow cigarette smoking. read more

Great place to hang out, drink coffee, and smoke cigars. Large selection of the better quality cigars that you don't find in most places. Best tip is everyone here is friendly and if you are by yourself or sitting by anyone, feel free to jump into a conversation as everyone talks to everyone. The employees know their products because they smoke the cigars and drink the wine and are knowledgeable if you have any questions, so you're not getting a BS sales pitch. And they seem to enjoy talking about them rather than getting annoyed like other places. The do sell craft beer and wine, but you cannot consume on site, but that seems fine as it is not a bar atmosphere. They also make specialty coffee drinks if you can't be satisfied by regular coffee. read more

Havana House has a great selection of cigars. They are knowledgeable, helpful and their humidors are full of a wide selection of cigars at very good prices.
