What a cool place. I smoke a tobacco pipe a couple times a year for special occasions. The place had a really clean and comfortable setup, with a sitting area for customers to relax and sample cigars or pipe tobacco. Murray was really helpful, and showed us his recommended pipe tobacco. There are plenty of flavors for whatever your desire is. The pipes and products were all very reasonably priced and fair. I have been to many tobacconists in several different countries and this definitely ranks highly on my list for overall quality, service and cleanliness. read more

While visiting Williamsburg with the hubby for our anniversary, I was looking for a cigar shop/lounge to take the hubby. He always goes and does what I want to do. I wanted to be a "good wife" and show a little flexibility. LOL! We found the place with ease. Although very small and intimate, Havana Connections has a good selection of cigars and accessories. I was able to treat the hubby to a few cigars, including a nice sampler box and a portable cigar holder/humidor. I was even able to purchase a few of my "hard to find" favorites. Helpful and knowledgeable salesperson assisted me by discreetly helping me pick a few gifts for the hubby. Thanks! We would definitely stop by again the next time we are in town. One wish. This has been my cigar shop for the last three years since moving into town. The store has a great lounge area inside with comfortable chairs, when they're not already taken. The biggest thing I dislike is that the entire store is the walk-in humidor. Because of this, you can walk out with a dry cigar every once in a while if you're not paying attention when making your selection. The staff is always helpful, and if anything, errs too far in that direction at times. The best thing about the store is the staff's knowledge of the stock. These guys keep seriously up to date on the new arrivals and are always ready with a recommendation, and I haven't been lead astray by them yet. read more

The staff was pretty laid back and helpful. And they're selection was certainly what you'd expect in a higher end cigar shoppe. The sticks I examined were in good condition and i enjoyed mine there. I'm not a huge fan of not having the separate humidor room, but didn't seem to affect the product. The lounge area was small, and you will have to get lucky if you're wanting to enjoy a "relaxing" smoke, but a few extra bar stools accommodated. The folks there were all really cool. Prices were reasonable. The lounge area is the only reason this lounge gets four stars. read more

Purchased an assortment of cigars. All but one cracked minutes after lighting. The shop is not properly climate-controlled and the cigars are dry. Prices were nominal however I would not purchase from this shop again due to the dryness and poor care shown to quality products. read more

Being a cigar smoker, anytime I visit a city, I like to swing by the local cigars shops and check them out. This little shop/lounge in historic Williamsburg is very nice. They have a very good selection of fine cigars and cigar accessries. Check out the house brand, which is made for them by Rocky Patel. It's a very fine cigar. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and I have always had a good experience here. There is usually a nice crowd of people smoking and talking. Its a small shop with a decent selection and prices you would find at similar shops. The seating area is kind of small and fills up fast and if it is full don't bring in someone who doesn't like the smell of cigar smoke because it builds up fast. read more

Solid shop in an area that is limited with other cigar options. The staff knows their stuff, and is very friendly. Limited seating, but other than that it is a solid shop. I was in the area traveling for work and would recommend it to anyone local or doing the same. read more

I agree with Michelle B. and DJK. The store has no walk in humidor. The store's doors are sometime left open and the cigars are sometime dry. I don't want to pay top money for a dry cigar. I have been to this store three times within the last month and a half and they have not gotten my brand in although I know they carry them. Disappointing!!! read more

Stopped by here 8-30-13 and bought about 7 cigars. I was a little concerned when I get there on a hot summer evening and the door is wide open with the store itself being their humidor. The store did have a good selection. When I got back to where I was staying I smoked the fist one. I noticed it was a little dry but ok. I smoked two more and they were about the same. They seemed like cigars that were bought from a store with no humidor. When removed the fourth one from the cellophane it immediately started to fall apart. It was a CLE. I did no take note of their return policy (my bad) when I purchased these but decided to try to return it for a replacement. The clerk was less than friendly or sympathetic and informed me of their policy. I do not recommend this store! Don't buy their dried up cigars as you'll be stuck with them. read more
