Within just a couple of days, it started tasting burnt, and shortly after that it barely worked at all, I had to keep pulling multiple times just to get it to hit. A 5K puff vape should last much longer than that, so this was clearly defective. I returned the next business day (they were closed Sunday), and instead of replacing it, they refused a refund and only offered to sell me another one at half price. That's not a real solution, that's paying again for a faulty product. If you're going to charge premium prices, you should stand behind what you sell. Very disappointing experience, and judging by these reviews, it seems to be standard practice.
