What a cool place. I smoke a tobacco pipe a couple times a year for special occasions. The place…read morehad a really clean and comfortable setup, with a sitting area for customers to relax and sample cigars or pipe tobacco. Murray was really helpful, and showed us his recommended pipe tobacco. There are plenty of flavors for whatever your desire is. The pipes and products were all very reasonably priced and fair. I have been to many tobacconists in several different countries and this definitely ranks highly on my list for overall quality, service and cleanliness.

Granted, I went in like an hour before close, but the guy that was working was so rude and just kept being like "what you want what you want what you want" as I'm trying to decide. Not only was he asking this every second, he also thought my ID was fake and kept my ID the whole time I was choosing what I wanted. I don't usually review places, but he caused the worst vibe I could've ever experienced at a shop. Prices are up the wazoo for no reason. Genuinely felt scammed both mentally and financially. You are better off driving the 30+ minutes for a shop that will actually assist you right.

Only reason I stopped here was because I needed a vape and they were the closest shop nearby. Ended…read moreup paying $30 for a 5,000 puff disposable, which is already above average pricing. Within just a couple of days, it started tasting burnt, and shortly after that it barely worked at all, I had to keep pulling multiple times just to get it to hit. A 5K puff vape should last much longer than that, so this was clearly defective. I returned the next business day (they were closed Sunday), and instead of replacing it, they refused a refund and only offered to sell me another one at half price. That's not a real solution, that's paying again for a faulty product. If you're going to charge premium prices, you should stand behind what you sell. Very disappointing experience, and judging by these reviews, it seems to be standard practice.

So let me start out by saying I can really only rate the customer service, however, I feel the…read moreservice was awesome. I say I can only rate the service because I'm new to the world of vaping and I just dont have enough information to be able to compare prices or inventory to other shops. That being said I have been to the warwick location two times and met two different employees. Both were extremely helpful in getting my buddy set up with a starter pen and answering our hundreds of questions. Shop was clean, had a pool table and a couple tvs, and (what seemed to me) a decent menu of flavors. The staff was knowledgeable and didn't pressure either one of us. With lots of vape shops around and more popping up this is going to become very competitive so customer service will go a long way.
