I came here just for juice and coils (which were at a great price btw) but ended up hanging out while in town (they have some comfy couches and wifi and were so welcoming when I asked if I could get some work done while vaping). And then I came back the next day, and the next, etc. There was never any pressure to buy and all the employees were friendly. One day, the manager/owner, Denise was working by herself and I listened to her educate new vapers to the products they offer, the flavors they might like, what kind of wattage and battery life they needed. It was incredible. She has so much patience and knowledge and actually cares about you getting the perfect experience. I've been to so many shops across the nation and have never witnessed anything like it. At VapeZone, it's not about upselling you, it's about helping you, no matter how much trial and error it takes and regardless of your budget. Vapezone has been my go-to vape shop for a few years now. I don't know why I haven't written a review for them yet. The customer service is like no other and the prices are great. They are awesome people! Not like the other shops around here that never have what you need and constantly smell like weird food. This is an ACTUAL VAPE SHOP and they know vapes! I have shopped at a handful of vape stores, but none of them can top Vape Zone. Everyone I've ever met who works there is warm and kind. They have a mindblowing amount of knowledge about vape mods, juices, and the latest news in the world of vaping. If you're lucky, you may even get one of them to show you a couple skilled tricks (far more advanced than making smoke rings)...! They know my tastes well enough that they can recommend new juices for me to try. I asked about one and the employee said, "Well, it's weird... but it's good." Sign me up! They also know that I am clumsy. I cannot possibly remember the number of times I have broken a tank or a mod. Based on my propensity to drop vapes and break them, they help me pick out the most durable mods they have in stock. They even ordered an "unbreakable" tank for me. Can confirm: it's unbreakable. If there's a way to break it, I will find it (accidentally). My current vape has been able to endure the abuse of a human tempest. VapeZone also has a loyalty card and, my memory is on par with my gracefulness, so, fortunately, they let you choose to carry your card on you or leave it with them behind the counter. TL;DR: VapeZone is the best vape store around. I don't care if someone opens a vape store right next door to my house: I'm a loyal VapeZone customer and I love the wonderful folks who I know there. I've been to other vape stores in Virginia, including Richmond, and none of them can compete with VapeZone. read more

Went in with my eLeaf 40w battery wanting a small tank that was not sub ohm and with a 510 connector. I told the young men at the counter what I wanted and one proceeded to try to sell me a new battery that fit the tanks they offered. I asked them if they had a RBA single-coil tank and was deflected to a tank that would require me to buy another battery. After 15 minutes, they finally told me that they had no tanks that were not sub-ohm. I walked out. This is why vape shops are failing as opposed to on-line sales. These boys may be able to sell massive batteries with low resistance to adolescent types, but they will never appeal to the broader range of vapers of all ages and sexes. read more

This shop is great! We are from NE PA and don't have anything like this...sampling of EVERY flavor, lounge area, building table & knowledgeable staff. I was running out of juice on vacation & looked up this place... pleasantly surprised. We actually made 3 shopping trips during the week LOL New juice which was amazing tasting & 2 new vapes that they helped put the right coils in for each of our vaping habits. This place is the best! Everyone is super nice, informative and helpful, they have a great selection, and prices are really reasonable. And best of all, none of that elitist vaper attitude I've experienced from other shops, just chill people who enjoy what they do. Every time I've stopped in or called the staff would take the time to help me out and answer any silly questions I had since I'm new(ish) to vaping. Denise especially is fantastic and really knows her stuff, she helped me pick out a new mod and tank and was even able to find juice to replace my favorite that I could only get in Florida! Stopped in while in town preparing to move one of my family members who lives here down to Miami and needed some vape juice. The staff here is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. They are a little pricey, but that is to be expected with any brick and mortar shop.
