I decided to follow a recipe from the book /why not/, so I went to the supermarket next door to get all the ingredients. it was amazing! my family loved it. Of course we implemented a nice service with special china and candles :) All of the mussels opened up, which is a sign of good health and freshness. The be only suggestion I have for this place is that they should display the origin of the fish sold. I was a little bit skeptical about some of the fish and knowing more information would have been very helpful (and I may have bought even more!).
