Das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und stets mit einem flotten Spruch zur Stelle - rheinische Gastfreundschaft, wie man sie sich wünscht. Die Speisekarte ist bodenständig, aber keineswegs langweilig. Mein Schnitzel war hervorragend, dazu perfekte Bratkartoffeln. Fazit: Ein Stück echtes Bonn. Ohne Künstlichkeit, ohne Chichi. Einfach gutes Essen, ehrliche Atmosphäre und Menschen, die ihren Job mit Leidenschaft machen. Ich komme immer wieder gern.

It was incredible. The waffles were fluffy and beautiful. Just go. Watch out for the bees, you've been warned!

The service is excellent. The food is delicate, sophisticated and creative, but I found it to be a bit on the salty side and the flavors that are sometimes so complicated that they didn't all work completely for me - don't get me wrong, I still had a great time and enjoyed it , but its more about the total package than just the food. I do think I'd love to see what he is capable of doing a few years from now!

After we finished our drinks and paid, he actually called us over and started scolding us like naughty children. He said we could only order the drinks on the menu. That's fair enough but the way he did it was incredibly patronizing and rude. We were only asking a question. Don't think he works there anymore, thank God. Other than that, one of my favorite bars in Bonn.
