Bobby took the deposit and then requested another deposit in his wife's/partners name. He then disappeared. Never started the job.

Gutters Are Us

A quick Google search and a bit of research told me that Mike's Seamless Gutters was the place to call. I found his website and filled out the form for an estimate. Within minutes he called me and pulled up photos of my house on Google Maps and was able to give me an estimate. I let him know that I also wanted gutter guards as well. He told me that he could get to it in about two weeks (which was WAY quicker than I had anticipated). A few days later he called and told me he could do it now. Mike and his assistant showed up right when he said he would and they immediately got to work. Withing a few hours I had beautiful new gutters on my home. Mike said that the gutter guards would arrive in a couple of days and they would come out and install them. Sure enough, while I was away, they came out and finished the job. He left an invoice for exactly what his estimate was and I still think it was the best bargain around. Here's my take on Mike and his company. He's honest, reliable, professional, efficient and really does just want to homeowner to be happy. Well Mike, my wife and I are very happy. Thank you!

This was the first house I've owned where I had to replace the gutters. Guarantee wasn't the lowest…read morebid, but they were the most thorough in their assessment of the project, and rightly pointed out that we needed two more downspouts to properly drain our 80 ft.-long roof. The two guys who came, Zander and Ben, worked quickly and had the new gutters on in less than a day. I'm very pleased with the results, though the real test will be the next storm.

No complaints on that part. Keith came out to the house as he said he would and was very helpful. During the conversation I mentioned that I needed two 5-foot gates going into the backyard because I would be driving my truck and trailers to the backyard. They showed up when they said they would and did the work quickly. My job requires that I travel so I was not able to check the work too quickly, but when I went to drive my truck and trailer into the back yard, they would not fit through the gate. They put in 2, 4-foot gates. I checked the contract that I admit I hastily signed because of my work schedule, and it did say 2, 4-foot gates. I immediately called Keith and I took responsibility for the mistake because after all, I did sign the contract. I admitted to Keith that the mistake was my fault and not theirs. Keith stated he would give me break on fixing the issue and told me that it would be about 2 weeks to get it fixed. That was August 25th. I called yesterday, September 30th and left Keith a voicemail. He sent me a text this morning, October 1, 2026, stating that they were on a bigger project and it would be a couple of weeks. So, a couple of weeks is vague. I cannot plan for the work I still need to have done. Their initial service was good, but the customer care and follow-up is very poor. Again, the mess up was my fault and I took full responsibility for it; however, I feel that once you have paid your invoice, they don't really care about you after they receive their money. I will not do business with them in the future. So, again, I want to make it clear that it was my fault initially. To be completely transparent, attached is the text I received this morning to show that this is not a one-sided review from only my "opinion." You can read it for yourself.
