The buyers for our home had a terrific agent who really knew how to put together a solid offer. Although other offers were attractive, the winning offer stood head and shoulders above the rest. In in the past few days since closing, I've heard from friends who also are selling. I keep thinking they short-changed themselves by not having Jeremy on their team. We had quite a journey in search of a new home from Nov. 2021-June 2022. Amber Marie knew exactly what we were looking for/needed in our search for a new home and she did not fail us. Working with Chad Hauer was easy, and we were never left wondering what was happening or what was needed next. His website/timeline is easy to follow, and his team reached out frequently to update us as well. At the beginning we were given a notebook that had several tips and suggestions to ease our way through the process. Text messages, calls and emails were always promptly answered.
