The Milton store is adorable, clean, organized, and well presented. They have quality clothing, shoes, jewelry, books, new items, and products from local vendors and their Thrift-Fest event is wonderful! The team has created something special. They genuinely care about their customers, vendors, and community, hosting self-care days, teacher appreciation days, and fun activities that make Sunny & Olive feel like much more than a store. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They gladly look for items, set things aside, and go the extra mile. Their clothing is good quality, clean, and presented well. Prices reflect that higher quality and value--this is a place to find really nice things at a fair price. Watching them grow into their second location and expanded space in Janesville is exciting. Excited to see it become all they envision for it. Truly love everything they do. Five stars from me!

I had a gift certificate to use here, so I experienced it for the first time. When you walk in, it's got a LOT of space, but not TONS of product. It almost looks bare. They seem to be the type to put just one of each size out to make you feel like you're getting the LAST ONE. I am super sensitive to scents due to migraines, and it was very aromatic in there. So if strong smells are a trigger for you, I'd avoid it. The price points seem to be $60-$115 from the items I loved. Even the clearance rack was still $50-$80 for things. But the issue I had, was that there were VERY limited items for anyone over XL. I'm an XL, but if something fits snug, I'll size up, but that isn't an option here. None of the items I tried on, worked for me, and they don't have a large selection of smaller accessories or other items I could spend my gift certificate on, so I left with nothing and still have $50 to spend at some point.

The prices are more like that of a boutique than a chain department store, but it's worth it for me to find things that aren't everywhere. My only caution would be that I don't think they carry a lot of petite or plus sizes if that's what you need.

As a matter of fact, this place is really stocked where every shelf is packed out. Lots of books, CDs, DVDs, and records. The vast majority of the floor is given over to clothing racks with shoes stacked on top. The one thing that surprised me which was notably absent was any furniture. No tables, chairs, couches, or furniture of any kind. They do have six dressing rooms and two bathrooms that don't require a key or code. In order to save some money you can scan their QR code and join their perks program where you get five dollars off every 100 points.
