I returned home only to find distinct spray marks in the driveway. contacted Joey at Wally's and they said they would respray it to correct it. looked better and paid them. A few short weeks later cracks started appearing all over the driveway. After contacting Joey he visited the site and said it was due to too much sealer being put on and he would make it right. We agreed to leave it until this spring to assess. Well after not hearing from him and many more cracks developing, I just reached out to him and he changed his story and has said they are not responsible, and they will not be doing anything. This is how they take advantage of trusting clients and their poor workmanship. Stay away from this horrendous company.

However, come spring in 2025 started to notice cracking in the asphalt and some depressions. They claim to provide a 2 year warranty on their work. I called Carmen in the late winter, early spring, no answer. Called again later and left a message, he replied that he would take a look and we met some time later, calls and text messages were made, was promised repairs would be made. It is now 2026, with no action.

Very disappointed as we were recommended to use them from our neighbor and now out $500. I wouldn't recommend them as customer service and communication is very poor unless they are trying to get your business! UPDATE: Well I have an update to my review, I have spoken to Vito by phone on August 15 from Park Paving regarding my review and came to an agreement to refund my $500 deposit! As I said this was August 15 and to this day September 28 have heard nothing from this company. I would consider other paving companies as they were not the cheapest but because a neighbor had their driveway done by them I could see the product and chose to have it done by them. We agreed on a price and Carmen requested a $500 deposit, reasonable I thought and gave him a cheque which has been cashed (March 12, 2021)by the way but that was March 11, 2021 and still waiting on my money back!

I generally try to appreciate work being done and understand that nothing is perfect, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. My neighbour and i booked with premium paving, set everything up, had a date in August. They reached out said they have a cancelation and asked if they could do ours. we gladly accommodated. They asked if they could take down my chain link fence, I said yes as long as they put it back up properly, esp because I have dogs. It took 3-4 weeks to get it put back up. The only reason they fixed it was because I was tired of them not responding, so i asked if they would cover the cost of the installer to come and fix it. Thry showed up shortly after that. They did replace one of the peices they broke so I appreciate that. But they literally just attached the fence, left the tension wires laying around and messed up the gate somehow. I contacted them about holes in the driveway, holes that were down to the gravel beneath and areas that the asphalt literally crumbled away. They didn't respond to any of my calls or emails. The owner showed up one day with a partner, a torch and a shovel to "fix" some of the areas, some spots looked better. Some spots were left. I emailed for months with no response about the issues. I acknowledged that they might be closed for the season but if they could just respond to acknowledge so I don't have to keep stressing. He emailed me back finally and said they opened at the end of the month and would come and fix it, that was April. Almost 2.5 months go by and I get a call from the owner to come "fix the driveway like they did last time". I called back and he first proceeds to tell me my internet doesn't work because he tried emailing me, not true, plus they responded in April. We discussed the issues, and he said he would come the next day to fix it and I asked if i could have more notice so I coud make sure I was home. He said no, then lied again saying he called me 3 weeks earlier and i said no to the date he provided. That did not happen. I said fine, just fix it whenever, then the owner hung up on me after I said he couldn't be proud of the job they did. He called me back and said I was talking to fast and if I continued to talk to him like that again he would hang up on me. So yet again, he did, then he calls me back, I let it go to voicemail, he said I hung up on him and that I was screaming and yelling at him and if I want my driveway fixed I have to call him back. Let me tell you, I wanted to yell at him because I was so done, but I know it won't get me anywhere. After this I sent him a text and said I going forward I would only communicate through email and that in no way was I screaming and yelling. So I'm at work the next day and I get a text from my neighbours that they are ripping up the driveway and then replaced it. There was no discussion of this at all, both my neighbour and I figured he would patch the spots. Ok, so hopefully a better driveway. One positive is that it's actually graded away from the foundation. But the driveway is starting to erode and has big holes in the driveway. I am now stuck with a driveway that is falling apart. PLEASE DO NOT USE PREMIUM PAVING OWNED BY ANGELO IN OSHAWA. Honeself the worst experience I have ever had.
