Austin and his team completely transformed our backyard and we couldn't be happier…read more We had grading and drainage issues due to a large swale running through the property, and they designed a New England river rock system that works beautifully while looking like a natural creek bed. They also built up the space with rustic wall block and created a corner seating area around the fire feature that feels intentional and cozy. The 6-ft privacy fence and string lighting were the perfect finishing touches. The space now feels like a true extension of our home. Professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend if you want something done right. Bonus points: he was patient with our "site supervisor" (our dog Ollie), who insisted on overseeing the entire project.

We did not have access and space for the equipment (machinery) on our premise to have the tree removed, we were given permission from our backyard neighbors to use the open space and driveway. They were a crew of polite and very professional guys who did an amazing job and clean up!. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, my only regret was not finding them 30 years ago. The deep root fertilization was provided within days by a very courteous Davey Tree employee. The next business day a Davey Tree team arrived with a boom truck and mulcher punctually as promised. Our next door neighbour hired Davey Tree to trim their 2 trees. They requested access to our…read morebackyard to make it easier which was granted by my partner. He checked their progress a few times (luckily was working from home) and branches were being taken down and the tree thinned. We had vines growing up and covering our fence (our neighbours back yard is an eyesore). Some of these vines (which we planted a decade ago) had grown onto the tree trunk and up the tree. Permission was given to TRIM them. When I got home from work I noticed ALL the vines had been removed and destroyed. Vines were left hanging ripped off other parts of the fence and 10 year old trunk destroyed. In addition the careless workers trampled plants in the garden that my mother, who died last month had planted. I had a gardener lined up to come and work on the garden in preparation for a celebration of life in our back, but now will have to pay to have everything removed and new plants put in. I spoke with the operator who said he would come out and look at the property the next time he was in the area, but there is no point when everything has been destroyed. An email to the operator and head office has not been answered in 4 days, so I assume like so many others, they just don't care. Careless work with no regard for other peoples property. Beyond upset that they had zero concern or respect for our personal property. Thanks for ruining our backyard and costing us hundreds of dollars to fix. The thing that makes me chuckle is our neighbours likely won't pay, google cheap and you'll see them.
