I would say this is Asian Fusion heavier on the Japanese influence. We decided to go with Starters. Ordered the Edamame, Ebi Fry (Shrimp) & Fry Mix (Shrimp, Calamari, mini spring roll & Gyoza). All were good with nice presentation. The fried starters are not Tempura (& the menu doesn't state that it is although our server mentioned it was). For Main, a couple of us ordered the Yakiniku based on our server's recommendation. The beef was seasoned and tasty as well the Kimchi Salad. It was a huge portion and we ended up sharing it. The remaining mains were the Yellowfin Sashimi. While they were happy with the Sashimi, the portion was more like a starter. So these two dishes together are good for two people to share. We paired dinner with some Asahi & Sapporo. We noticed some other tables with the 16 and 30 Shushi entree and they looked like they were enjoying their meals. It took about 25 minutes for the food to be ready. Due to all the peeps coming in to pick up there orders made by phone or online. The miso was a good sized portion tasting how miso is supposed to taste. Edamame was cold with nice salt chips drizzled over. Sushi was very nice. Very good salmon. And the cut rolls were simple yet very intriguing to the taste buds. The vegetarian roll was my favorite. My one beef was that the rice with the nigiri was somewhat warm. Which made it fall apart when picking it up with your choppys. I will let this slide due to the ocean of people coming in and out. Also, I enjoyed the music.
