But unfortunately, I did not have a very good experience at this location. First of all, no one was around when I got inside the store. The store was open.. Don't get me wrong. But I guess the attendant was too busy doing something else at the back room so I had to wait for a while before anyone even showed up. They have very few selection of frozen yogurt flavors so that was already a turn off. And they also have weird flavor choices so I was like, meh, I'll just get whatever is the most basic ones. They have a wide selection of toppings but I mean, if the flavors are already a let down, do you think you'll still enjoy the toppings? I don't know.. I guess it's just me but next time I'm around the area, I will definitely not come back here anymore.

The SERVICE was absolutely amazing, many of the employees were super helpful, passionate, caring, happy, and actually wanting to have conversations with you! They remembered my name and greeted me with BUG SMILES!! Thank you so much to the staff in this establishment! Also, the esthetic/ambiance was super cozy, warm, light and felt like a great spot to eat, drink, have a conversation, date, and even watch the busy staff making pastries, serving and drinks. Fries and slaw were very good. Burnt ends - for $17 you got 5 pieces swimming in a sea of sauce. 1/2 were flavorful and 1/2 so rock hard and impossible to chew. Overall this is the worst experience we have had with this take out. We get takeout every year once or twice each time we are up in the blue mountain. May need to try a chain like Montana's next time as we were so disappointed this time.
