    My family and I had a really great experience renting a rv from Jason at Hatfield. We got a really great price and it was a very easy process. I highly recommend them and I'm glad we chose them to rent. Now knowing how great they were to deal with we plan to buy an rv from them in the future! Thank you Jason for great memories for my family and I.

I asked for a drop off and pick up quote for two separate trips totaling 6 days. The salesmen refused to give me a quote for a "one way" and instead gave me a quote for 17 days. Not a crazy price but can't compare it to what I wanted to do because he refused to give me that information. I had to check on storing the RV at the beach house. Called again, different salesman, same story, he wouldn't give me a quote for the 3 day trip, drop off, then another 3 day trip to return two weeks later. I don't need the RV for 17 days due to renting a beach house at our destination. Surprise, and the second reason for the 2 stars, the price went up by 10%. I checked about the increase in price and was told "availability" was the reason. I think they just raise the price each time once you are interested because they did it again when I checked back to see if they would honor the first price. No thanks.

    If you are thinking about buying anything from Craig Smith RV, I would seriously rethink your…read moredecision! My husband and I bought a used Class A RV from here last November. It was supposed to be inspected by their service department and everything should have been in working condition. When we did the walkthrough we were more worried about remembering how everything worked and didn't really pay attention to "IF" everything was working properly. We never owned an RV, so we were overwhelmed. Since it was November we brought it home winterized and just sat it in the driveway. While it sat in our driveway we noticed the battery got drained from the microwave running continuously and there was a leak coming from underneath the toilet. After a couple of months of snow, it finally cleared up enough for us to drive it to have someone else in Seville perform a thorough inspection of tires, microwave and the possible leak. They found a leak in the black tank, a microwave that was inoperable and a motor that was not working properly for the drop down cab bed. I want to remind everyone that we did not even use anything in this RV!! It sat in our driveway. That's it. We did not break anything on this RV. It was broken when we bought it. The RV service center in Seville gave us an estimate for all work that needed performed. We decided to take it back to Craig Smith RV for all work to be completed that should have been right in the first place. After 10 days of sitting at Craig Smith, we received a call back with an estimate of over $3,000 in repairs. My husband called Tammy who did our walkthrough and asked to please talk with Andy the service department manager to see if they could help us out. 24 hours later we received no call back. Assuming they would not help us out we decided to remove our RV from the business with no work performed. The service department manager Andy and Tammy made us feel that we somehow broke the microwave and the motor for the drop down bed. Again, all it did was sit in our driveway. We never used the microwave or bed!! The service department at Craig Smith RV is the MOST DISHONEST team we have ever dealt with.
