Terrible business practices, they should be out of business shortly. I ordered fromyouflowers and this place ripped me off $50!

I am dependent on reviews to find a good florist who will deliver. I placed an order for one of their premium arrangements online (nearly a hundred bucks) and they delivered it promptly. My mom said that the flowers were bright and cheery at first but wilted within a couple of days. As a former avid gardener, she is a good judge of flowers and how to take care of them, so I trust her assessment that the flowers they picked were either not suitable for the arrangement or just old. Will not be using them again.

Holly's reviews were indeed TOO good to be true. She did this to my sister this evening - instead of trying to make it right she is hiding behind the good reviews. My sister spoke with this florist earlier in the week. I was in the room and listened to their convo. I am, after all, the MOH so I am very much involved in the wedding. The florist seemed nice and accommodating at first and told my sister to let her know if she had any questions. Holly sent my sister a follow up email with a proposal. My sister read through it and followed up with questions. She is investing a lot of money and wanted to make sure there were on the same page and also wanted to clarify things before a contract is signed. Holly answered back saying she is shocked that my sister was emailing her with an extensive list of questions after their conversation and the follow up email. She also said I do not believe we are the florist for you. I get business owners can choose who they decide to work with but you don't want to work with someone because they are asking questions? I understand if my sister was rude or was asking for something ridiculous but they were questions any bride would ask their vendors. I have receipts of the emails and the deleted reviews by the way. The fact she said NO because my sister had a list of clarifying questions is beyond me. This is part of being a vendor isn't it? Very unprofessional and plain rude in my opinion. Please be careful. I am glad my sister found this out BEFORE signing a contract with Holly.

When I arrived at the wake, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, beauty, and freshness of the basket of plants I ordered. It was almost twice the size I expected and was so substantial. I had ordered over the phone from a lovely young lady named Breezy. The order was filled accurately and delivered on time as expected. I highly recommend this florist because they handled an out-of-town order with honesty and integrity.

It basically looks like a spinach salad. More green than anything else and missing several flowers that were supposed to be in there. The vase was supposed to be pink and round, but showed up square and see through purple. Seriously looks like a $10 option at the local supermarket. Save your money, don't order here. Quick follow up. Let them know the order was incorrect at 2pm est and re-delivery was to occur. It did not. Second follow up (after David's response). Imagine being told the flowers you ordered are there but they just haven't bloomed yet. Because everyone knows flower buds are more beautiful than bloomed flowers. Or imagine that your item was changed without anyone contacting you. I guess I don't have to imagine. As for the next day delivery and note. I mean the gift is already ruined so even if the next delivery is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, it doesn't really have the same meaning does it? The proper response to the initial call that occured 4 hours before closing would be to deliver the appropriate item. And rather than make weird excuses, maybe just take accountability and apologize.
