I usually get…read moremy fillers done at my plastic surgeons skin clinic, but I figured I would give this clinic a try since a coworker referred me due to a special they were having I couldn't pass up. Would I return here ... yes and no ... The reasons I enjoyed my visit are the staff is extremely nice and made me feel extremely welcome. The nurse that was with me before the doctor came in was amazing as well as their front desk staff. I had bought 3 fillers and anticipated only using two which I was told I was allowed to use them in separate visits when I purchased ... I am very happy with the results I received from those. The doctor took his time to map out my face and the results came out great. Here's the bad part .... he was VERY VERY pushy about trying to tell me I needed more things done, about using my 3rd filler and purchasing MORE and additional skin treatments. This made me very uncomfortable and after my whole appointment of getting my first two done I finally just said yes to using more after being pressured when ideally this is not what I wanted. I should not have agreed to that and stuck with what I thought was best for me. He rushed very quickly through the last one which he advised I needed to put around my mouth area for the best results (the first two were my cheeks) and I've been stuck with ugly lumps on both sides of my mouth for the last year! The picture attached is from this past month and a few lumps are still present after hopes they would go away they are finally starting too almost a year later ... I saw my normal provider to see how it could be corrected and was informed it was best to just wait it out. I'm still debating on giving it another shot for touching up the area I am happy with, but am pretty nervous to do so.

He is both a gifted surgeon and an artist who works really hard at achieving the aesthetic I want. I have interviewed several doctors before deciding on Dr Mahjouri. I chose Dr M because 1.) He is SUPER thorough. 2.) He is an anal retentive Type A, it's evident in the way he asks his questions, keeps his notes, executes his process. This is exactly the kind of Dr I want to do my surgery. 3.) I called several of his references and they were ALL super happy with their results, some were several years post-op. 4.) I liked the before/after pics I saw. 5.) He has his own opinions on ästhetics and shared them with me, while always allowing me to make my own decision. He doesn't have the BEST bedside manner nor is he very timely, but that's because he cares about ME and the work he's doing. He takes the time to do everything 100%, even if it takes him over his allotted time. THAT's exactly what I'm looking for in a doctor. Someone who's listening, paying attention, and focused on MY end result. The fact that he runs late, I can appreciate when it's my turn and he takes The same time and attention to detail for me.

I spoke to the office manager, and she refused to give me an appointment, even though I let her know I had called numerous times to get that appointment, waited almost 3 months for it, and she still refused. When I asked to speak with the doctor, they refused to let me speak with her as well, saying she was in surgery and they were the only ones to speak with clients. I asked the staff to have her call me when she was available. A week later, I have still not received a call back, nor the courtesy of a reply from anyone else in the office. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise if this is how this doctor handles her potential clients. (I only added 1 star to be able to post this review - it is actually a zero star review)

I had to pay 20k to get revision rhinoplasty because it was so bad. The doctor I saw for a revision even said it was pretty bad and messed up and super bulky on the bottom. He also just took my septum completely out instead of fixing it. So now I've spent 31k on my nose. I've attached the photo of his nose (top) that Dr.Mesna did, along with the one I just got from a different surgeon. It now looks way more natural and nice compared to what he did to me. I also have a septum now. I wouldn't recommend having rhinoplasty here. The pain you go through to do it and then it comes out bad is not ok. Along with how much it costs..
