The…read morelarge outdoor sign they refurbished for us developed two significant cracks less than eight months after the original repair was completed. They failed to protect the paint adequately, and the damage was a result of their negligence. Despite this, they refused to repair the sign under warranty and wanted to charge us more than the original price of the refurbishment to fix the current damage.

It was in the outside elements for just under 3 months before it started peeling. I took it back to the sign shop so they could replace the faceing (decal) and when I got it back, it came with patchwork, bubbles on top of the debris that were never fully cleaned or wiped down before the new decal was replaced. I'll be ordering my new signs from a professional online sign shop for now on where the signs will be Aluminum with screened on logos.
