Once we finalized the design and wanted to order it was suggested we pick up trials. We were told they would be ready Monday, drove in from Reno only to find they were not ready. Ordered a portion of uniforms and paid for all socks on invoice. Then was charged again on second order for socks. Once uniforms were ready we picked them up only to find that socks were missing once back home. Had to have a grandparent pick up socks one week later. We're never told the socks were men's socks and not kids socks. I understand it's a small business but there were many mistakes. We paid $77 for uniforms and most parents complained of the way they fit not being the same as the trial. The owner said it was due to excessive washing on the trials. After all we got out uniforms but I would not order from here again. Not worth the headache

The…read morelarge outdoor sign they refurbished for us developed two significant cracks less than eight months after the original repair was completed. They failed to protect the paint adequately, and the damage was a result of their negligence. Despite this, they refused to repair the sign under warranty and wanted to charge us more than the original price of the refurbishment to fix the current damage.

It was in the outside elements for just under 3 months before it started peeling. I took it back to the sign shop so they could replace the faceing (decal) and when I got it back, it came with patchwork, bubbles on top of the debris that were never fully cleaned or wiped down before the new decal was replaced. I'll be ordering my new signs from a professional online sign shop for now on where the signs will be Aluminum with screened on logos.
