Rachel and Patty Turner are two of the most driven and hard working individuals I have worked with…read morein a very long time. The first time my husband and I enlisted this group to help us find a home in Tahoe was a little over 3 years ago. Because they are so involved and well connected in the many Tahoe Basin communities, it was clear from the very start that they have access to not only off market properties, but an extensive list of excellent and reputable local vendors to help in the buying and selling process such as home inspectors, appraisers, sub contractors etc.. Through extensive knowledge of the market, and a keen eye for investment properties this group was able to find us the perfect home. As well, 3 years after purchasing it, they were able to sell it for us in 6 days, yielding a very high return on investment. Their knowledge of local ordinances and connections in various agencies helped to speed up the process of both buying and selling in Tahoe. To say they go above and beyond would be an understatement; every phone call to them answered, every email returned within minutes, and a group of realtors that truly have your best interest in mind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tahoe Basin.
