I called and asked one of the employees to please put a bottle of baby aspirin in my bag so that I wouldn't forget them. guess what! they were in the bag. I called and asked for a prescription to be filled that I haven't used in a while. they filled it. I was even asked why I wasn't letting my husband take care of this bc I had just had surgery. I had not mentioned my surgery in a few days. the pharmacists and other employees are very professional, friendly, empathetic and ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers. Their prices are comparable with bigger city pharmacies, and they will order what you need based on local laws and prescription guidelines. Why drive to a larger city when you can shop and support a locly owned! May Gods bless!

If you are from out of town and happen to become sick with a head cold, do not try to buy Sufafed at this pharmacy. The staff will rudely tell you that "in Spring City, you have to have a prescription to get Sudafed." The Tennessee State Attorney General has stated that municipal laws such as this one in Spring City stating you need a prescription for Sudafed violate state law. Yes, Tennessee has a meth problem, but when a person is visibly sick and barely able to talk, one would think the pharmacist and its staff would have some modicum of compassion. Being told I needed a prescription was not a problem, but being told in such a rude tone was very offensive.

As a senior, I am trying to get my part D drug coverage for 2026 set up b/c the insurance company I have been using tripled my deductible and doubled the cost of my drugs from Food City. In trying to find another plan, I found GoodRx and was given prices for all my drugs with Food City. When I called Food City, they told me they would not honor the prices I had been quoted and they could not tell me what the drug costs for 2026 would be until I filled a script. Since I don't need a script until after January, and I have to make a decision by the government deadline on Dec. 7th, please tell me, how are we supposed to make a decision by Dec. 7th when they can't tell you the price of the drug until Dec. 31st? Scam? Moreover, they told me that what they chose to honor by way of GoodRx was left up to the pharmacist and they had decided not to honor it. Then I got a call from Food City corporate, and they were just plain rude. So, what are seniors supposed to do out here? All I can say, is I will never darken the door of this establishment as long as I live! (No surprise since this store also violated corporate policies when COVID was raging by refusing to wear masks, thereby putting me, a senior with preexisting conditions in jeopary of my life! The management of this store is disgusting.)

Is this some sort of poison ivy?" The pharmacist told me no, and within a week I was covered head to toe in a poison ivy rash, getting a steroid shot at the Doctors office. I'm prescribed a topical steroid cream that takes 3 days to show up at this pharmacy. I am unable to sleep, and am driven to the edge of my sanity trying not to scratch at the full body rash. I vow never to go here again. Fast forward to New Years Eve. Everywhere is closed, and my mother heads to an urgent care for her persistent cough that is spreading chestward. This Walgreens pharmacy is the only place open, so the Doctor sends the prescription information to them. They make my mother wait, again, for her medicine, for DAYS. This is despite being a 24/7 pharmacy, and completely empty because of the holidays. In short, this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I wonder sometimes how many people have died as a result of being unable to get their medications on time and with proper and accurate medical advice. Even if they are the only place open, I recommend you to travel to an entirely different town to get help. Do not put your health in these peoples' hands, especially if your condition is critical. They might literally kill you from ineptitude or negligence.
