I really don't understand the bad reviews. They are, by far, the best internet company I've ever…read moreused. Their internet speed is crazy good and they installed it for free. I recently started having random strange issues with my internet, so I called a couple of times to work out what was going on. They were incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the process for several solutions. When the issues continued, they offered me a new modem. When they found out I currently have no vehicle to pick up the new modem, they had no problem finding a solution for that, too. They said they'd try to have a tech come out and swap it for me. No joke, roughly an hour later there is a knock on my door. It was really confusing, but when I looked out the peephole, it was Mike, their technician. He is a sweet gentleman and he was also who initially set my internet up. He did all the technical parts of switching to the new modem and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I was astonished that someone came THAT DAY and only an hour after my call! 702 consistently goes above and beyond. Their more than fair prices and internet speeds are noticeably better than the competition. You barely wait on hold if you call. They are polite and incredibly helpful. THANK YOU 702
