After spending $7,500 to accomplish absolutely nothing, Kirsty withdrew representation because she was not involved in mediation (other party also did not have attorney present, nor is it required) or involved in my decision to change up a custody schedule. While it was the greatest blessing that she withdrew so I didn't have to fire her, she was ultimately worthless the entire time. I should have known she didn't know what she was doing when she drafted contempt papers and then after completing them, told me she wouldn't file them and the correct route should've been to contact the other parties attorney to try solve things that way instead...while still charging me for the paperwork she didn't file. I hired her to to know what she was doing and guide me in the correct legal process and she didn't know what she was doing. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Money hungry attorney.
