I spent countless hours stressing and filing out paperwork. After my 341 meeting, I was overwhelmed and devastated thinking I had really screwed things up. I then reached out to Cheryl's office through their website and I had an email reply from her within hours. She was able to fit me in for a phone call that afternoon! She was kind and patient, and super helpful. I can't express the relief I felt finally getting real answers and advice that I could trust. DO NOT BE AFRAID to give her a call! She has free telephone consultations so you have nothing to do lose. I am forever grateful for that phone call. Thank you, Cheryl!!

After spending $7,500 to accomplish absolutely nothing, Kirsty withdrew representation because she was not involved in mediation (other party also did not have attorney present, nor is it required) or involved in my decision to change up a custody schedule. While it was the greatest blessing that she withdrew so I didn't have to fire her, she was ultimately worthless the entire time. I should have known she didn't know what she was doing when she drafted contempt papers and then after completing them, told me she wouldn't file them and the correct route should've been to contact the other parties attorney to try solve things that way instead...while still charging me for the paperwork she didn't file. I hired her to to know what she was doing and guide me in the correct legal process and she didn't know what she was doing. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Money hungry attorney.

The owner was…read moreeasy to work with and let me know the range of times she would be in so I could drop off the tapes. Within a couple days, she had already called me to let me know they were completed. Not only did I receive the two DVDs but she stated that she will keep digital copies in her backup vault in the event I ever need to access them for replacement copies. The charge was $15 per hour, so with two tapes at two hours each, it was $60. At the same time, I also brought several tapes to a national photo chain in town that also does the DVD conversion. I brought more here since they were offering a special rate which was a great savings. They forewarned me they had received many orders with the special so it may take away, I had no idea it would be this long. To date, it has been almost 11 weeks and I'm still waiting. They assure me the DVDs will be ready soon. The reason I share this comment in this review is that price isn't always everything and in hindsight, I would have paid more to have my conversions done by TK Design and not be worrying that the competitor has lost what are some of my most valuable possessions.
