Do not waste your time with this law firm. Not only did he not win my case, he hardly even tried.
The first time I reached out to Tony's team via their client text line was March 9, 2024. It took until March 15, 2024 to get a response. Since this was our first interaction, I was willing forgive that. However, on April 28th, 2024, I was led to believe my hearing would be moved to an in-person hearing. On June 6th, 2024, I received evidence that this was not the case and reached out. I did not receive a response until June 20th, after three more attempts to reach out. This is a wait time of two weeks with three reminders. On July 16 I reached out regarding my hematologist and my therapist's paperwork. Two reminders and one week later I had some dialogue with his office but did not receive answers to all my questions until I called on July 23rd, 2024. A total wait time of three weeks and four days for answers to to what amounted to very simple yes-or-no answers. That was bad enough, but on the day of my trial, he showed up 15 minutes late without communicating with myself or the judge, who both reached out. He then proceeded to misgender me during my trial despite the judge beginning the court by asking for my preferred pronouns and honorific. When I confronted Tony about his misgendering me after the court had adjourned, he refused to apologize, instead insisting that, "He wasn't a perfect person." I believe that he chose to misgender me due to him asking for my previous legal name at our court preparation meeting, and me giving him my birth name, because up until he knew my birth name he had never misgendered me a single time, and him refusing to apologize only added insult to injury. read more
